With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to inform you that there has been a colossally frightening breach of security at our home at Rajbagh.
The unfortunate incident occurred on the evening of 20th August, 2022 somewhere around 6:30-7:00 p.m (I.S.T). With Jewellery worth 30 lacks and other goods collectively worth 10 lacks being stolen. The shocking portion of the entire scene was the fact that all of us, the residents of the house were at home when the unlawful activity was being carried out.
The burglars had the guts to enter a house filled up with people and that too when the house is located inside one of the busiest societies of Trichy. Out of the 8 members present inside the house during the theft, 4 were made hostages by the criminals who entered our home by knocking on the main door. They were, 6 people, all masked and armed with Pistols.
The loot lengthed for mere 30 minutes but those 30 minutes resulted into our lifelong earnings and savings getting wiped off. The incident left the entire family, society members shocked and petrified. One can also claim that the thieves would now have their eyes set on some more heinous crimes, if they aren’t stopped by the administration. We had immediately lodged an F.I.R at our nearest Police Station but the support we received from the Department is Questionable to say the least.
I hereby urge you to take immediate action and look after the provision of better security which would provide a shield to us, the citizens from such notorious crimes in the future.

The burglary sent shock waves throughout the locality and especially the residents of this society.
The Robbers made sure, they put 4 members of our house at gunpoint which made the rest 4 of us paranoid to dial the Police Or alarm the rest of the society. It has to be noted that, the robbers had the courage to pull out such an unlawful act at a house located in a busy area that too with all the family members present at the scene.
An F.I.R was lodged at the nearest police station on the day of the fateful incident itself but solid action is yet to be taken. As it is a matter of security and hard earned money being stolen, I urge you and your office to take immediate action.
